Golden Orb Tours is a tour and activity company based in Plettenberg Bay, Garden Route South Africa.
Our experienced tour and nature guides offer custom made hikes, walks and tours to suit the individual or small group.
We are currently offering guided hikes on Robberg Nature Reserve where you have a choice of either a 2.2km walk (family walk) up to a 5.5km hike or even the 9.2 km Point Circuit Hike. A Guided hike on Robberg Nature Reserve will give you the opportunity to experience magnificent ocean and mountain views accompanied by diverse fauna and flora which is bound to make a few hours very memorable.
If the costal hike does not appeal to you why not try one of the many forest and fynbos walks and hikes available in this diverse area of Plettenberg Bay and surround, where you will be educated about the history, fauna, flora and much more.
For the more adventurous we do offer a 1 and 2 day hike in the Tsitsikamma Mountains where you will be able to experience vast landscapes amongst the forest and fynbos biomes. Please note that a minimum of 48 hour booking period is required for this activity.
The Plettenberg bay area offers you a great variety of birding opportunities with over 250 different species of birds seen.
We offer a full and half day birding trips with a maximum of 4 people per trip. Please note that a minimum of 48 hour booking period is required for this activity if transport is required.
